Absa not paying the funeral claim.

In November 2020 I submitted a funeral claim at Absa for my late brother, I submitted all the documents. His death certificate indicated that the cause of death is still under investigation. They requested a postmoterm report which I submitted, the report states that "under investigation awaiting toxicology results". To date Absa hasn't paid my claim. I've sent emails but no response from them.

This is very disappointing and frustrating especially because I had to incur debt in preperation for the funeral. They are even still debiting my account for my brother even though I've asked then since end Nov to amend the policy and take his portion out as he is no longer alive.
