Absa not paying out promised cashbacks

So a few months ago, i decided to buy a new car. My previous car was also financed with Absa, so i insisted that the dealer do the finance through Absa again, because of the R7500 cashback they promised.

I was told i have to wait 45 days to receive the cashback, it been way longer than 45days. Everytime i phone them, they say it is being escalated, but i never receive feedback
