ABSA - not organized

More than 3 weeks ago i order my bank card online because it expires in august, 2 weeks went by and i phoned in and they say it is no need to order n card online because the branch stock up the cards... I went in to the branch and they say i need to order a card , then i was already furious because i do not get time to go up and down between banks to sort this out. the lady at the branch gave me n business flexi card which i paid R140 for and now my bank charges are so high????? i want my savings card and i;m not going to pay again for a card and i'm not going to pay bank charges so huge for a business card which was not even my fault???? i need this sorted i need my old savings card /account and i will not pay for another card
