ABSA not on par with the banking rules

I yave been struggling to get assistance from ABSA after my accident in 2020. To date there was no assessor send out nor was the written off process started. The car is loosing value daily and not receiving any feedback or had any communication from ABSA. Papers are still with ABSA and vehicle was not salvaged and written off.
