ABSA NOT KEEPING THEIR PROMISE

I'm yet to receive feedback from Absa's Estates Department regarding the distribution of my Mother's estate. I submitted all the relevant documents on the 07 December 2021 and I'm yet to get a response despite being told that they will get back to me in four days. This has prolonged the pain of losing a loved one
