ABSA not issuing Powerball ticket after payment 7/10/2025

I purchased a Powerball ticket on Absa App today 7/10. They deducted the monies but the ticket is not showing. I have the SMS showing payment and ticket ref no allocated.

Why is it always a fight with Absa and Lotto on the App? Where is my ticket?
