ABSA - not identified and verified

Having this new "not identified and verified" issue on my Business Account. What does this mean? Why can't ABSA just write in plain language what the issue is? Now ABSA's reply will probably be "go via the call center"....ABSA, how about I give you may hourly rate, then I call and bill you in accordance with the time I have to waste with your call center?

If we can only grab an ABSA Director by the ears and tell him/her/it to sit next to me and feel the pain of having to sort issues which never occurred before. But they are faceless, high and mighty, overpaid, underperforming and on top of it - untouchable.

Hello Peter, please enable a enable a Zero Star rating. One star is way too high for ABSA.

ABSA shareholders. Shame on you. You get rich from "******" money.

 Dear Customer,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and your reference number is C-***1. Kindly provide us with your business account  number to log a formal complaint for investigation. We will investigate and provide you with feedback timeously.

By not being identified and verified, it means the banks requests that your business account needs to be updated with Fica, .
Fica documents are needed for your account and in that way we will confirm that we know you better, we have identified and verified that it is your business. Kind regards
