ABSA Not helping me with my case
In December ***** was committed on my Credit Card account. I do admit it did take some time get the case number and open a case but its been months since I submitted everything and I'm still waiting. This is very frustrating. I've lost R15 000 which has been ******. I need that money back.

19 Jun 2026, 18:50I can tell you this much. After being with ABSA for over 20 years, I am going to take great pleasure in moving my business. It's a shame that they can't admit that they have an inside spy robbing their customers. Bye Bye ABSA

07 Jul 2026, 19:18Hi Godfrey,
Thank you for your prompt response.
It helped me make my decision more quickly.
Obviously, 26 years of loyalty holds no credit to the ABSA organisation. The fact that ABSA is not accepting responsibility for sharing my details with an unknown organisation, to the extent that they knew I had increased my credit limit the day before I was contacted, blows my mind. What kind of coincidence would that be?
Thank you for your prompt response.
