ABSA ***** NOT HELPING FOR OVER A MONTH

Absa ***** have locked account for over a month. They confirmed recipient of everything needed to release account but suddenly no investigator can be found to release…. We cannot pay our bills due to being blocked. Even the manager Mrs Silvia from mall @ reds centurion communicated with the ***** team and no one seems to be helping. We almost getting kicked out of our home due to not being able to access our own hard earned money. Really sucks. Got high regard for the bank and just for clients to be treated as they don’t matter really isn’t the way to go
