Absa not following the national credit act

<p>Absa bank has handed me over to an attorney firm to collect money on a cheque account with an outstanding balance of R14000.00 , firstly they have not sent me any communication example a letter issuing me a min of 35 days notice period to say i owe them money , this account has not been used for over three years!</p> <p>How on earth can they not follow the rules of the national credit act!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>id want someone from ABSA to contact me with this as i dont owe you anything on this cheque account , this is day light *******!!!!!</p> <p>Regards</p> <p> ********** 317</p> <p> </p>
