ABSA NOT FOLLOWING LEGAL PROCESSES FOR DEBT COLLEC

I am livid at ABSA bank. I got a call from a RUDE ABSA employee who I was told was a T. Modiseng with AB number ABAM104 who has *******ly handed over my account to lawyers meaning from this month I will be blacklisted, and booked my car for repossession for a mere late payment of two weeks on my car vehicle. When I tried to explain to this man that I am no longer employed and have been waiting for someone at Absa to call me to make an arrangement for payments and I had tried making calls several times with regards to organizing an arrangement and went to absa numerous times in 2016 to explain my situation with no success he did not want to hear a thing. He was very rude and said its not Absa's problem and stated that if I am unemployed and had been a good payer Absa is not interested in making any payment arrangements with me and the vehicle will be reposesd as ABSA DOES NOT ENTERTAIN unemployed people. DO NOT GET your assests financed by ABSA you will be blacklisted and have your assets reposesd for a two week delay in payments as they do not do things legally. Im shocked at the great lack of NCR policy knowledge ABSA staff have yet they are a legal financial provider.
