ABSA not fair dealing with their customers! I'm very unhappy

So my account went into arrears by a month in March 2023, then early April someone from Absa bank calls me to make some sort of payment arrangement. We agree to a 6 months arrangement & then in April the arrangement kicks in the money is debited from my account. In May again the debits go through as per our arrangement, then boom an extra R2208 is debited from my account, I call ABSA ***** department thinking haibo there's some *****ulent activity going on only to find that I have been handed over to the Attorneys, 1stly I have an arrangement in place that is going off my account, 2ndly how do you hand me over to the Attorneys without notifying me, 3rdly how do those attorneys debit my account without my consent or some kind of agreement? I'm not happy at all
