ABSA not even aware of their technical issues for 3+ months

ABSA offers a credit limit increased (qualified) on your banking profile. Their Sure Check facility fails with a technical error message every

single

time.

EVENTUALLY managed to go through the *entire* application process via my phone only to be presented with the same techincal error message right at the end!

This system has been failing for the past three months (yes, you that read correcly - 3 months!)

Being fedup, I walked into my Capitec branch and got a credit card with 5 times the limit above what ABSA offerred. And ABSA has to wonder why they are driving their clients to their competitors...
