ABSA not delivering on undertaking to pay me back

ABSA still owes me my own money that is due to me after having settled the Credit Card Account I had with them. ABSA has not delivered on its undertaking of paying me back within 3-5 working days. Russell Edwards has made that undertaking but ABSA has failed to deliver on its promise. It's more than 2 weeks since I over paid off the settlement amount.
