ABSA not delivering good on their promises.

Good day

I trust all is well.

I have been an Absa customer since 2012 and I have been loyal. My loan was handed over to the Recoveries department was I was unemployed foe a few months. I have paid my dues to ABSA unfortunately my vehicle finance query was declined and I have had no feedback with regards to my personal loan application.

I don't have any bad debt with Absa but they can't assist me....

Please investigate and provide me with feedback.
