Absa not delivering bank card

I recently opened a bank account with Absa, and it has been such a difficult task to just get them to deliver my card to me. I had to phone after them to make sure that they have arranged to deliver my card, and they kept putting me through to the wrong department???? ***??? Is this how they conduct business, so pathetic, honestly! I want Absa to contact me asap to have my car delivered. Can't believe this!
