ABSA - Not closing bank accounts

I have been battling to close off our bank accounts for over 6 months.. Have sent emails back and forth and being shoved pillar to post.. I just dont know who to contact anymore, and this is becoming ridiculous. We NO LONGER live in South Africa and do not plan on returning ever. I get told to please come into the branch to close it?.. We also do not have any family members that are able to do this for us.. Fees are racking up, and I refuse to pay it, as we have given notice 100 times?????

We have a savings and a Cheque account.. PLEASE PLEASE - Im now begging for someone to actually help in closing the accounts for myself and my husband.. we are on a time difference zone aswell
