Absa not careful enough with unauthorised debit orders

TWO unauthorised debit orders in one month. ABSA told me I must handle it with MTN. Had to go to the police station for avidavit. Just to have a new unauthorised debit order. Absa not doing enough to verify if debit orders are legit.
