ABSA.. Not bringing possibilities to life

I app**** for Megau accounts with Absa as they had the most I offer for my girls both aged under 12. I bank with FNB, but their accounts for kids doesn't have much. To my disappointment, I shouldn't even have bothered. I sent forms and necessary docs through 11 Feb. Twice since then they have asked for both my girls details... I am so annoyed that I didn't even bother to respond to their last email. First impressions last.. If this is how the first step with them goes... Imagine the rest of the journey.
