Absa not being honest again.
Why on payday is your banking app not working? I buy airtime daily through out the month no problems and then on pay day is "pending"? Process payment, they fail..... For the biggest bank in SA, you guys are surely the slowest when it comes to technology.
None of my friends using other banking apps ever ever ever ever ever have problems, only ABSA! Its since you guys changed the app that these problem started.
The question is (Because when i called Absa and also went to the branch, they quickly pull out the sheet of paper with the printed statement they need to say when customers ask) when is ABSA going to sort their **** out?
I swear, if i struggle again with payments, loading of airtime through your app im closing my account and moving to another bank.
The least ABSA can do is be honest about their problems so people can work around them!!!
