ABSA not attending to my request to extend my bond cancellation notice

Good day

I have been sending emails to AbSa as advised by the consultant from ABSA wrt extension on my bond. The email thread below shows the communication from last year where the consultant noted that I am selling my property and there by putting up a notice. She was rep**** and I got the message as follows:

"Good day ABSA home loan account ********** 855. Early termination notice received on 2017/08/08 expires on 2017/11/05. Notice is valid for six months."

I went back to the bank November last year and the consultant said my email explains that notice is valid for 6months.

February this year early I went back to ABSA in Secunda mall and wanted to extend my notice as I was not able to sell the property within the notice period, lucky for me again I was helped by the same consultant and I showed her the email and told her I want an extension. She said that I can draft another letter replying to the earlier one to tell ABSA bond cancellation that I need an extension on my 90 day notice.

I have been sending email since with no success of an acknowledgment from ABSA.

Please attend to this ASAP because I will not accept to pay any penalties when my property is sold because ABSA failed to assist me as they client.
