Absa not assisting with *****ulent transactions

*****ulent transactions keeps on being deducted from my Absa account to the amount of R142.67. To a company by the name of allnotepads.com. I went to your Springs mall branch and spent about 2 hours in the branch. The lady who assisted me said that she has stopped it and it won't happen again. Today AGAIN the same amount was deducted and Absa is just shrugging it's shoulders. Totally unacceptable
