Absa not assisting with MBA Fitness unless I give my baking details. Money needed back ASAP

Absa wants my banking details for the matter of MBA Fitness charting me for 11 months but no other feedback I have given my id number and I get a message saying if I dont give my banking details this matter will not be solved. I have a problem with MBA fitness getting money from account for 11 months and want my money back which is due to me. I need the money ASAP as this is showing a poor reflect on ABSA. I NEED THIS MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY PLEASE HELP BEFORE I PROCEED WITH MY LEGAL TEAM. O expect this be sorted today and the money back in my account.
