ABSA not assisting me

I have been an ABSA customer for more than 10 years. I tried now for the 3rd time to make a personal loan and was rejected instantly. Why I do not know. My credit record is clean, they just financed me with a car in December but I cant make a personal loan? <br> I can apply at other institutions with a higher interest rate very easily but would really prefer my own bank.<br> So what is the point to use a bank that does not assist in his clients needs?<br> <br> Really considering changing banks!
