ABSA not assisting in doing their work right. extremely disappointed

I am having a terrible experience with ABSA. I was on debt review and received a settlement quote from ABSA. I paid their amount that wanted that was more than 16000 end of January. Since then i have been struggling with them to remove the discount they gave me from my name. i have logged numerous complaints and calls. eventually in Aug i got them to update it and remove it from my name. One week after in September they added a write off adverse with the credit berue after i have submitted all documents. now I have to start all over again to get them to fix it. Experian can not update with out the file number from ABSA and ABSA refuses to give it to me.

I tried buying a house and only found out after I made an offer that ABSA again did not do their work.
