ABSA not answering calls
I need a paid up letter from ABSA,i have been calling them for the past week or so and have not been getting help,the number they provide *** option 5,does not get answered i have been on the line since 09:00 this morning nad cant get hold of anyone,last week i wast told to they would email me the paid up letter,today the account is closed and the admin department must help but they are the people who dont answer calls for 2 hours straight,can you please just give me my paid up letter.
