*** ABSA NOT ANSWERING
called *** 4 times today and spent a total of an hour on the phone listening to voice prompts.The prompts tell you they experiencing high call volumes and average wait is five minutes..Four calls LATER and over an hour later listening to stupid voice prompts still no call agent to answer.At R1.58 cents a minute from my cell phone x by 60minutes is easy to see why i am ****ed and I didnt even get to speak to an agent.ABSA stop treating us like **** .If you by any chance read this show me you actually care about your clients and call me back on ***.THANKS
