ABSA not adhering to payment arrangements/overcharging bank fees...AGAIN.

The last few months I have been complaining that Absa is deducting full amount for the personal loan I have with them although I have made a payments arrangement with them months ago, if not since last year. True to form this today they again deducted the full amount even though two weeks ago I made an amended payments arrangement with them in writing. Also in the middle of June money went in to my account and the bank again deducted bank fees although all bank fees are paid on the agreed date which is normally end of the month - this has been an ongoing issue with Absa bank which have been overcharging me for bank fees since the day i joined this bank.

I need urgent assistance to resolve the bank fees and debit order deduction!
