ABSA NOT A RELIABLE BANK , ACCOUNT LOCKED!?

Im using absa banking app as this is convenient for me, last moth when I logged in I got a message that my account is locked I need to visit the nearest branch, Which I did, the consultant said she doesn't know why it was locked as I'm not owing anything .

Well, I had to some urgent transaction but I couldn't!

A week ago, it locked again, I went to maponya all ABSA branch, on Saturday 15th.10.2021, I was there since 10am until 12pm. I couldn't get assistance as their system went offline around 12. Monday I went to Sandton as I work closely, the app got sorted again.

But today when I wanted to do some transactions it is locked again.

Time is precious and I am not willing to go into the bank again to solve a problem that I thought was solved already. I mean TWICE.

This is an inconvenience on my side and ABSA seems not to be a reliable bank😡😡😡... it needs to be sorter out, really!
