ABSA nonsense

I’d like to complain on ABSA bank,I have the whole 3 weeks asking for money to pay for my tuition fees!! They say everything will be ok in 7 days time but they take longer than that and promise lies at times!! I’m soo damn enough about ABSA!!all my tuition feels they take the whole time more than 7 days!! They also close or don’t even answer their phones when you call them!they don’t even reply to the emails I send them!! I’m soo soo enough about this bank! They making fools of people!! When they decide to answer their call they’ll say the money will be in tomorrow! Then tomorrow comes and there’s nothing! Now I appear like a fool at the campus because I always say tomorrow I’ll pay for my tuition fees ,always when they ask I say tomorrow!! I don’t appreciate the ABSA service!! Every time when requesting for something they take their own damn time!! I’m so fedup this bank
