Absa Nongoma branch they are ****s together with Ackerman’s

Absa Nongoma branch are ****s and *****’s, Saturday 24th of August 2019 I did a money transfer from Ackerman’s Randburg branch, after the transfer was successful I gave my sister a digits and a pin, my sister went to Absa Nongoma branch to withdraw the money and only slips came back saying “transaction not allowed 55” so we immediately phoned Ackerman’s and advise them about the matter but they said the money has been withdrawn at Absa Nongoma branch, I was very shocked, so my sister went inside to report the matter to try and track the money, but they said the money was withdrawn there is no money and money transfer are aways risky, they said this without even checking and trying to assist us, and on top of that they said they can’t assist my sister because she doesn’t have a card! something completely out of the issue, I’m really hurt This money was for my mother to go to hospital, I just need my money back either from Absa or Ackerman’s
