ABSA non-existent service. No on line response.

I am not registered for internet banking with ABSA, and have found it impossible to get them to e-mail a 2020 tax certificate to me. Twice I wrote to *** and twice they rep**** that they have passed my query on. In goth cases, the next message I got was that "this query is now closed" ??? I then phoned ABSA help line and a man told me I must e-mail IT3@absa. I did this and that rep**** that they want a copy of mi ID document. I sent this, and got no reply. I re-forwarded this same request, and , although I got the automatic reply., I got no response or tax certificates. Completely unacceptable responses from useless people. Absa is a disgrace.
