Absa non clearance

I reported at ABSA keywest branch that my credit score details show that I have a credit card with them which I have never opened any credit request from ABSA. They investigated and told me it's an internal matter. I need to go and contact the ***** department which I did and got a letter from SAFP this letter did not help me because I still cannot apply for anything. I obtained a letter from ABSA that states that my me was used *****ulently by their bank/employee. Till today I cannot but anything on credit I cannot own any property due to this. My life was made a misery I have never lost an ID book I still have my old ID how they got my information from I really don't know. Absa is the worst I have never had an account with them but this bank is affecting my life.
