ABSA NON ATTENDING

The problem I encounter as Executor in a deceased estate, is to release deposit funds into the banking account of the deceased estate. We have sent mails and attached the requested documentation since 5 July 2023. We sent follow-up mails on 4 August 2023 to "***ca, also *** We sent follow-up mails 18 November 2023 to: "***ca, also *** and ***ca who tried to assist. We sent follow-up mail 22 April 2024 to ***ca and ***ca and *** We received a mail 22 April 2024 from ***ca case C-***1again requesting the same documentation. The Executrix last week visited a branch and they requested a Police avidavit. Case numbers C-***8 FW:2023/57171 Furthermore phone number *** and *** no answer. Is anybody out there able to assist?
