Absa no sympathy with grieving family

poor poor after my sister past away we went to absa because of the "loyalty policy " they give to there pensioner and disable customer for a burial first time we went there they inform us there is policy but because she did have a will there isn't one second time the lady assist me. They never informed me that the money was paid out but in to the disease account after I did give my account details now its whole slept to get that money from master of the court then you must wait 3 weeks for a letter of consent from court in this difficult days this is unacceptable as i use my house hold money to pay funeral services up front depending on Absa for great services now they putting people that is grieving over the lost of loved one in stressful situation.
