ABSA -no such thing as customer service.

Do not deal with Absa in regards to financing your vehicle. We had difficulty paying for our vehicle due to loss of income ,we then made arrangements with Absa vehicle finance dept to start paying ,they made arrangements for us then we were called by arrogant male ,my wife was spoken to like a piece of ******* ,and my wife has just recovered from Depression',i ve got the guys number as well as all the peoples contact details and emails ,what's up messages, we were then pushed from one person to another ,we made payment and were told everything is in order . I've been trying to find out what is owing on the vehicle and was told sorry you've been handed over to attorney, my wife called the attorney trying find out why we've been handed over and explain to this so called arrogant woman ,who stated you've got 6 months to pay half the value back of your vehicle and then ended the call. So ABSA, please explain to me if any of your clowns know what the hell they are doing in their jobs because it seems clearly they don't. Communication is key to any business, but that doesn't exist in your company . We had 2 out of the all ABSA staff,who were helpful and a pleasure to speak to . We will not deal with Absa again and all the people friends and family have had similar issues ,no customer service and rude staff .
