ABSA no show on promises from ABSA employees

I logged a compliant personally, in writing and on hello peter. I was contacted by an ABSA employee who promised to sort it out. It is now 2 weeks later and they are not responding to any communication.

They are really just not interested to assist customers. They are however quick to sell and move debt which they have now done for 3rd time.
