ABSA no service to clients
I have been struggling to get someone from ABSA to help me for the last 2 days and I've spoken to 5 different people, no one is helping me. Just is pathetic service for a client that pays almost R1000 in banking charges

09 May 2025, 08:13And here we still are. I've had no assistance from ABSA bank regarding my query. All they do is phone me and promise to resolve the query but no one bothers to phone me back. If you owe them they will phone you 10 times a day to collect but when I need help, there is no one to be found. I have no words
