ABSA no service.
App**** for a loan nobody got back to me already send them 2 e-mails to find out the outcome of my application and phoned them twice you can't leave a voicemail inbox full.

16 Apr 2021, 15:47On the 16th Absa send me a sms at 11:17 to tell me my loan has been approved i tried to contact them for payout, but nobody got back to me till 15:45 I even send emails to the customer service but they did'nt reply. What do I need to do get them to respond, does it take 5 hours to get back to a client? Regards.
