ABSA NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS OR QUERIES
Have sent ABSA numerous email requesting information and answers to my queries and all I get is a case no. Then I get a message case closed without any response. Is there anyone out there reviewing my emails besides a computer. I referred to a case no. enquering why I have not received an answer and get another case no.
