Absa no reponse and no proper service
I've app**** for a loan a week and a half ago, the turn around time for a result was 1 to 3 day, it was allocated to a consultant whom I've emailed and received but did not respond, I called and she knew nothing about it and would get back to me but didn't. I called earlier they told me the loan application was withdrawn by the consultant that answered, than they asked the consultants name and she called telling me it was rejected.
I am not worried about the it being rejected but the lack of communication is the part that is what upset me and hearing two different stories.
I don't want a response just dissapointed by the lack of feedback and the different stories given.

I've sent all the relevant documentation but that's not the issue, I got a phone call last week asking if I still interested in a loan and told them that I app**** for more than 3 loans and when I called the as I said before the latest on was first withdrawn apparently by me, than another consultant phone me back saying it was declined and like I said before after putting this post I was received another phone call to proceed with the loan, so what is happening cause to me I would like to take out a loan but ABSA doesn't know whether they are coming or going. So please tell me what is going on.
