ABSA ..... No More
I was at the absa bank (the Glen) today, during lunch (12:00-13:00). the cue was terribly long at the tellers. Only to find that there was only 2 tellers. The end of the month, seriously. Everyone was really upset and frustrated, seeing that they have given up their lunch to be at the bank, only to realize, no banking will be done.
Thank goodness i was closing my account. The struggle is still ongoing tho. Trying to close my credit card, which I can only do online, guess what... Please hold our consultants will be with you shortly, please hold.
Going on half an hour, previous call was 20 min, nothing...
