ABSA, NO MORE!
<p>Absa is the only bank I have ever been with, but I think it is time to change. </p> <p>For some reason, I could not swipe my card for anything, only draw cash, so went to the bank, asked for it to get fixed, and it worked, the first time! A few hours later I went to fill up with diesel, card didnt work, so I was bleak, but then just strolled over to draw out cash, MY CARD WAS NOW BLOCKED COMPLETELY!!! I could not be helped over the phone, so I had to wait 4 hours for a friend to help me. I have now been to the bank FOUR TIMES and I have been told the same thing, "it will work now, dont worry", and yes it did work, FOR THE FIRST TIME ONLY!!! I have been sending myself cashbacks for the last two weeks as I cant make time to go to the bank again as I work like everyone else... If no one at ABSA knows how to solve this then I am obviously wasting my time trying... FNB here I come<u></u><strike></strike></p>

16 May 2016, 10:20Thank you for your response, but it seems a bit pointless for someone to be in contact with me after my problem is fixed. I need this problem to be fixed as I can't take more time off work to come into the bank for the 5th time, where I'll probably be told the same thing the past 4 times I have gone in.
