Absa, no lock down!

Called in on the 23/03 to request my bond be placed on hold until lockdown is complete and was told I need to pay 50%. How will this happen when the country is on lockdown, no work no pay! Inconsiderate banking systems when our president has been so accomodating. Very disappointing
