ABSA - NO HELP AND NO SERVICE

Absa bank has been sitting with an amount paid from sars from july 2022, only when queried this with absa i was informed that my cheque account was closed and in the recoveries department and they have deducted for bank charges etc , i was informed by the consultant Levon that my account was now closed and cannot be reactivated but they will pay my refund within three days of receiving my paperwork , I AGREED AND PROVIDED all documents only to be informed by Jerusha Twala that i must wait 3 days for verification and then 5 days after for payment also them just deducting another 2000 off my account for a personal loan that was settled via absa loan insurance, I HONESTLY AM SHOCKED ABOUT THE SERVIE IM RECEIVING , WHY VERIFY WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN SITTING WITH MY MONEY OVER 2 MONTHS , WHY MUST I WAIT AND FUNDS BE DECUTED LEFT RIGHT AND CENTRE , NO FEEDBACK MUST KEEP FOLLOWING UP
