Absa no good in emergency situations

A company using a news 24 banner conned 25 euros out of me masking it as R25. I immediately contacted absa to reverse the payment as it was a ********** transaction. Absa canceled my card but asked me to email *** who i have not heard a thing from. By the time absa gets back to me my money will be gone and all theyll say there is nothing they can do about it. The worst bank ever in an emergency. Need to consider changing banks now.
