ABSA no feedback

Did an online application and have not received feedback..it's been more than 7 days. I even called yesterday for an update on the application was told that the consultant dealing the application will call me back yesterday. Noone has called. ABSA will definitely need to rebook their marketing strategy. Doing an application on line is definitely not faster than going to a branch. Based on my experience thus far. Going to a branch would have been faster but not convenient
