ABSA No delivery on enatis document

Good day

After settling my vehicle finance account, now I must struggle to get the enatis document

This is what I received per email:

Please be advised that your documentation has been requested with the below reference number and will be delivered within the next 5-7 working days.

Reference number: CZ2111/04131 Nov 23, 2021, 3:36 PM

For sure I am waiting now more than 7 working days.

Today I visited ABSA Centurion Lifestyle to enquire if my document is there to be collected.

What bad ass service I received

Customer service informed me that they will send me an sms, on requesting to phone, I was firmly advised to phone myself.

I tried contacting with no success, only received voice note that I will receive notification on my phone, still waiting
