Absa no consultant on a Saturday

I am working every day from six in the morning to six in the evening. Only of every second Saturday. I went on my of Saturday to the Nigel branch as I needed an authorization letter to close my late mother's bank account. I was standing in a queue for about thirty minutes before it was my turn. Then I was informed that they do not have someone to assist me as the person that can help me is off and I need to go to the Springs or Heidelberg branch. Really - only one person in that branch to do this? And then the person is off? Went to Heidelberg and stand in another queue. Where the people can not even spell the town's name where they are at....Their masks with the name Heidelburg? What a joke - a bank as big as Absa that do not have enough staff and can't even spell properly.....And then after an hour when it was my turn....Just to be given a whole list of documents to have. And the more you explain to them that you already provided them with everything and they only document needed is the authorization letter - the more they tell you that they can not help you. You need all the documents. All of this I will do again......When I have my next day off. Hope i will be able to find a consultant then to help.....Please try again to spell Heidelberg correctly......That is what the town name is....I know - I was born there....
