ABSA- NO ASSISTANCE WITH MISSING FUNDS

<p>Yesterday I did an immediate payment which, as per their terms, was supposed to be completed within an hour. The payment was done around 12.30 and I only received SMS confrimation that the funds had left my account at 16.31. Almost 24 hours later, the funds have not reached the recipient. I have called ABSA three times this morning, and sent two emails with no one being able to assist me. On the last occasion, the consultant left me on hold for around 10 minutes and I had to eventually cut the call. I am told that there is no one who I would be able to speak to who can trace the funds. This is ridiculous!!! There are funds missing and ABSA does not seem to care about my problem.</p>
